Personal data provided to us may be transferred to governmental and regulatory authorities if required by applicable laws and regulations and to other transferees set out in paragraph 4 below (the “Transferees”).
Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (the “PDPO”), you have the right to ask whether we hold personal data relating to you, to request a copy of the personal data we hold and to request that any inaccuracies in the personal data be corrected.Any requests for access to your personal data, for the correction of any inaccuracies in the personal data, for further details about our policies on personal data protection, or enquiries on the types of data we hold in relation to you should be addressed in writing to the Company for the attention of our Data Protection Officer, at 17th Floor, Chuang’s Tower, No.30-32 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.
The following are prepared to assist you in understanding your rights and obligations in relation to the supply of personal data as such term is defined in the PDPO and the manner in which the Company or other Tranferees may use in connection with your Account with the Company or other related matters.You are advised to read the following carefully and consult your own independent legal advisor, where necessary.
Who Can Use Personal Data?
All personal data concerning you (whether provided by you or any other person, and whether provided before or after the date you receive this document) may be used by the Company or other Transferees and any of their directors, officers, employee or any person authorised by the Company or the Transferees only when carrying out the business of the Company or the Group.
Purposes of Collection
The personal data will be used by the Company or its Group for the following purposes:
Activities relating to the opening of your Account with the Company or its Group, the maintaining of your Account and operating your Account in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
Communicating with you in relation to your Account, investment and related matters;
maintenance and verification of particulars and data, including the investor registers, and related checks including ascertaining whether you are a “professional investor” under the SFO (as amended from time to time);
collection of fees and charges (if applicable);
any purpose relating to or in connection with compliance with any applicable law, regulations, court orders or request of a regulatory or governmental body; and
any other incidental and associated purpose relating to or in connection with the business or dealings of the Company or its Group.
Obligation to Provide Accurate Personal Data
It is obligatory for you to supply the personal data as required by us.If you fail to supply the required personal data, we or our Group may refuse to open an Account for or provide the Service to you.
When providing any personal data to us, please ensure that the data is accurate having regard to your obligations under the PDPO.
Classes of Transferees
Personal data held by us relating to you will be kept confidential but the Company may provide such data and related information for any of the purposes set out above to any of the following persons whether based in or outside Hong Kong:
transferring to other members of the our Group, service providers, agents, contractors, data processors, telecommunication companies or professional firms and their duly appointed delegates (including their employees, directors or agents) to carry out the Services in accordance with this Agreement;
transferring to government agencies and law enforcement bodies including but not limited to the Hong Kong Police (in particular the Joint Force Intelligence Unit), if the Company suspects that any relevant person is / may be engaged in drug trafficking, terrorism or any other serious crime; or the handling of the proceeds of crime or terrorist property;
transferring to regulators / exchanges / organizations under the applicable local legal or regulatory requirements (in such cases, our obligation to report may override our confidentiality obligations to you); or
other purposes which are directly related to the above.
If you do not provide us with your personal data, we may not be able to open an Account for you or provide the Services contemplated in this Agreement.
Access to Personal Data
Under the PDPO, you have the right to enquire whether we or our Group hold personal data in relation to you, request access to and make correction of any inaccuracies in your personal data.Reasons will be given if a request for access or correction is refused, and you have the right to object to any such refusal.
The Company will not collect any personal information that identifies a visitor to this Website unless specified otherwise. Your visit to this Website will record only the Domain Name Server, part of your email address and of the pages visited. Such information will be used to prepare aggregate information about the number of visitors to the Website and general statistics on usage patterns of the Website
Use of Personal Data for Direct Marketing
We or our Group will, from time to time, use the following personal data for direct marketing: your (i) name, (ii) telephone number(s), (iii) residential and / or correspondence addresses and (iv) email address(es) (“Personal Data”).

We may charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access request in accordance with the PDPO.
For identifiable living individuals only, I/we confirm that I/we have carefully reviewed and understood the Personal Information Collection Statement set out in this Schedule including that my/our Personal Data (as defined in this Schedule) may be used by the Company and the Group (as defined in this Schedule) for direct marketing of the Products and Services (as defined in this Schedule).

提供準確個人資料的義務
您有義務應我們要求提供個人資料。如果您無法提供所需的個人資料，我們或者本集團可能會拒絕為您開戶或者提供服務。

受讓人的類別

如果公司懷疑相關人士從事或可能從事販毒、恐怖主義、其他重大罪行或者贓款贓物或恐怖分子財產處理則轉交政府部門和執法機構，包括但不限於香港警方（特別是聯合情報組）
根據地區適用法律或監管要求轉交至監管機構、交易所或其他機構（在此情況下我們的揭發義務將優先於我們對您負有的保密義務）
與以上直接相關的其他目的
如果您不向我們提供個人資料，我們將無法為您開戶或者提供該合約項下的服務。
獲取個人資料
根據《個人資料（隱私）條例》，你有權詢問我們或本集團是否掌握您的相關個人資料、要求獲取您的個人資料並改正其中任何不正之處。如果您獲取或修改資料的請求被拒絕，您有權獲知被拒絕的原因及該拒絕提出反對。
