Assistant Manager, Middle Office
Job Duties
Manage daily transactions, positions, and pricing for client accounts
Handle transaction uploads, reviews, corporate actions, and promptly resolve position discrepancies
Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Brokers, Custodians, and Fund Accountants
Assist in onboarding, portfolio conversions, and client account opening
Maintain static data like security, counterparty information, and oversee daily and monthly financial reporting
Analyze customer project requirements for sales materials, prepare marketing materials, and compile business statistics
Support Due Diligence processes, perform additional tasks including fund valuation, policy implementation, process improvement, client investment orders, KYC, credit reviews, and client-related tasks
Requirement
Experience in front/middle office roles in financial services, particularly in asset management or middle office services, is preferred. Knowledge of SFC/HKMA regulations and experience in transaction and position management, including corporate actions oversight, are desired.
